- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel; mastery of VLOOKUP is a minimum requirement)

Scope of responsibilities:
- Medical device notification in the local HA database
- Data cleansing and reconciliation across systems (MDRIM, RAD, local databases)
- Preliminary review of dossiers or documentation prior to submission to the local HA database
- Maintenance of the document repository (structure, version control)
- Third party (distributors) communications: local agreements with distributors
