Job Summary

Appian

Job description:
• Design and develop application using the Appian BPM platform.
• Develop workflows, forms, interfaces and report in Appian.
• Awareness of the latest technologies, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in application support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of appian solutions
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions
3. Implement agile methodology practices to ensure efficient project delivery
4. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability
6. Stay updated on appian best practices and technologies to drive innovation
7. Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the software development lifecycle

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in appian development and customization
2. Strong understanding of agile methodology principles and practices
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
5. Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
6. Experience with stakeholder management and team collaboration
