Job Summary

Location: Noida
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

Role Purpose

Drive student enrollment by making outbound calls to prospective students and handling inbound queries about courses, admissions, eligibility, fees, and the application process. The role ensures a clear, professional explanation of university programs and timely follow‑ups to convert interest into completed applications.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
    • Place high‑quality outbound calls to prospective students/leads provided by the university; document outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
    • Qualify interest, assess fit against program eligibility, and schedule counseling slots or application walkthroughs.
  2. Inbound Query Handling
    • Handle inbound phone related to courses, admissions criteria, fees, scholarships/financial aid, application timelines, and required documents.
    • Provide accurate, policy‑aligned guidance and resolve concerns on the call
  3. Program Explanation
    • Explain university programs (curriculum, duration, pedagogy, accreditation, outcomes) clearly and professionally.
  4. Application Follow‑ups
    • Follow up with interested candidates via planned cadences until application completion; assist with portal access, document upload, and payment steps.
  5. Issue Resolution & Service Quality
    • Address queries professionally; aim for first‑call resolution where feasible.
    • Manage objections (fees, eligibility, mode, ROI) using approved talking points, log tickets and SLAs for any pending items.
  6. CRM Hygiene & Reporting
    • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene: disposition codes, notes, next‑action date/time, and consent flags.
    • Share daily productivity and conversion reports; flag lead‑quality issues with evidence for marketing/partner teams.
  7. Compliance & Data Privacy
    • Adhere to university/partner policies on data protection, consent, and call recording; follow approved scripts and disclosure norms.
    • Comply with admissions governance and audit requirements; avoid misrepresentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation is not mandatory
  • Languages: Strong English; Hindi

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication (clear speech, empathy, listening) and objection handling.
  • Admissions process know‑how: eligibility, documentation, fee structures, deadlines.
  • Sales orientation with student‑first mindset; ability to close and guide to completion.
  • CRM proficiency (lead management, dispositioning, templates); MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
  • Time management and discipline in following cadences.
  • Compliance awareness and ethical conduct.
