Automation Test Lead - Cloud ETL, DW Automation

Job Summary

QA Engineer – Oracle Cloud Migration

6+ years of QA experience.
Strong experience in Oracle Database testing (SQL/PL-SQL).
Experience in data migration validation and reconciliation.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion applications.
Experience with API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
Automation experience using Selenium, Java, TestNG, or Karate.
Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical and defect-triaging skills.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM migration projects is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for cloud based applications and etl/dw solutions.
2. Coordinate and supervise the testing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test automation solutions.
3. Develop and implement automation scripts for testing cloud services and etl/dw processes.
4. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify areas for test automation and improvement in testing processes.
5. Monitor and evaluate test results to identify defects and performance issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices in cloud testing and etl/dw automation to enhance testing procedures.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in cloud automation testing tools such as selenium, tosca, or cypress.
2. Strong experience in etl/dw automation tools like informatica, talend, or datastage.
3. Knowledge of cloud environments like aws, azure, or google cloud platform.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages such as python, java, or sql for automation purposes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing challenges efficiently.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Cloud Testing or ETL/DW Automation are a plus.
