Job Summary

Lead: 6+ years test management on data/SAP programmes. Defines the test strategy and integrated plan with full requirement-to-case traceability; manages execution across functional, integration, regression, migration, performance, security and UAT phases; owns defect triage, exit criteria and validation evidence packs per milestone. Testers (scaling 0.5→2 through Mock 2, SIT and dress rehearsal): hands-on validation of workflows, match-merge, survivorship, hierarchies, interfaces and downstream data; migration reconciliation testing experience preferred.
