Job Summary

The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing End-to-end functional testing, selenium, and software testing activities such as writing and executing scripts, reviewing test cases, test results, documenting test plans and reports. The main objective is to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement detailed test cases for validating the functionality of modernized .Net components. 
Execute various testing phases, including functional, integration, and regression tests. 
Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues within the new system while working closely with developers for prompt resolution. 
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright levaraging GenAI for the modernized APIs and .Net components. 
Review test results, compile reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality standards. 
Monitor metrics for quality delivery like defect density/ leakage, Track bugs and perform RCA & trend analysis 
Leverage automation / GenAI frameworks to reduce manual testing effort and accelerate testing cycles. 
Well versed with Project management tools like Jira and test management tools like Zephyr etc

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB certification in software testing is preferred but not mandatory.
