Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ALM DevOps Release Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure DevOps practices, along with practical experience in using ARM templates, Power Platform, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline application lifecycle management (ALM) and software release processes. As part of the team, you will work on a variety of client projects, ensuring efficient automation and smooth deployments across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Azure DevOps (ALM) strategies, ensuring efficient application lifecycle management.

Design, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform projects (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).

Implement and manage ARM templates for infrastructure as code, ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments across environments.
-
Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and automated release cycles.

Identify, recommend, and implement best practices for release management, version control, and continuous integration/continuous delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployments.

Automate and monitor the process of application and infrastructure updates, ensuring minimal downtime.

Conduct code reviews, provide guidance to team members, and mentor junior staff on DevOps best practices.

Contribute to the development of internal tools, processes, and templates for ALM and DevOps initiatives.

Maintain and improve the security and compliance of the CI/CD pipeline.

Strong experience in ALM, DevOps, and Release Management with a focus on Azure DevOps.

Proficient in creating, managing, and automating ARM templates for infrastructure deployments.

Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and its integration with Azure services.

Extensive experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies.

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure deployment health and security.

Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve pipeline and deployment issues quickly.
