Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Platform Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in cloud and automation technologies.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including AKS, networking, identity management, and security services.
The candidate should be proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuration management.
You will design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using structured YAML frameworks.
The position demands deep knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, ingress controllers, and service mesh technologies for containerized workloads.
Additionally, the candidate must have expert-level experience with Datadog observability, including APM, log analytics, dashboards, synthetic monitoring, and custom metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud & IaC Architecture: Architect and maintain secure, scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform for declarative provisioning and Ansible for configuration management.
  • AI Agent Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build, deploy, and monitor scalable environments optimized for AI Agents and LLM-based workflows.
  • Container Orchestration: Manage, scale, and optimize enterprise Kubernetes (AKS) clusters and Docker container environments.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: Design and implement robust, declarative pipelines in Azure DevOps using clean, modular YAML syntax.
  • Enterprise Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing across hybrid workloads utilizing Datadog.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps best practices, ensuring secret management, container scanning, and network security policies are tightly integrated into the deployment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

Experience: Required Core Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.
  • Cloud Platform: Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, identity management, AKS, and security controls).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Advanced proficiency with Terraform for provisioning and Ansible for configuration and application deployment.
  • CI/CD & Pipelines: Deep experience building multi-stage, complex CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using structured YAML.
  • Containers & Orchestration: Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s / AKS), including ingress controllers, service meshes, and Docker containerization.
  • Observability: Expert-level knowledge of Datadog (APM, log management, dashboards, synthetic testing, and custom metric routing).Required Core Experience:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.

1.Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is preferred.
