Job Summary

The Azure Data Architecture Lead is responsible for providing architectural leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale data solutions using Azure Data Factory and related Azure services. This role drives enterprise-scale data initiatives, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. The position plays a critical part in shaping data strategy, enforcing governance, and fostering innovation to support organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect End-To-End Data Integration And Transformation Solutions Using Azure Data Factory, Ensuring Scalability, Reliability, And Adherence To Enterprise Standards.
2. Design And Oversee Advanced Analytics Platforms Leveraging Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, And Azure Ml To Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making.
3. Define And Implement Devops Practices For Data Pipelines In Azure, Ensuring Automated Deployments, Monitoring, And Operational Excellence.
4. Lead Architectural Reviews And Enforce Governance And Compliance Measures Across Azure Data Solutions, Maintaining Alignment With Industry And Organizational Standards.
5. Collaborate With Business Stakeholders To Gather Requirements And Translate Them Into Innovative, Scalable Azure-Based Data Architectures.
6. Mentor And Develop Technical Teams On Azure Data Technologies, Ensuring Skill Advancement And Risk Mitigation In Solution Delivery.
7. Author Whitepapers, Contribute To Industry Forums, And Drive Intellectual Property Initiatives To Establish Thought Leadership In Azure Data Architecture.

Skill Requirements

15 to 18+ years in data and analytics with expertise across data platforms, data engineering, AI & ML, Data Governance and BI
Strong track record of managing high-performing teams and shaping data practices preferably from healthcare domain.
Lead the growth of the Data, Analytics and AI practice across revenue, delivery maturity, capabilities, practice operations and team development.
As Data Practice Leader drive end-to-end data-driven initiatives with client engagements.
Grow the data & analytics business by helping customers adopt solutions to achieve improved business outcomes.
Attract, develop, and retain data and analytics talent
Provide technical governance for data solution design and implementation leveraging leading practices.
Lead presales activities like proposals, demos and POCs to showcase our data expertise.
Evangelize our data capabilities and offerings to stakeholders via campaigns, collateral and thought leadership.
Create playbooks, frameworks, and IP to strengthen analytics delivery.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to nurture appropriate skills and certifications.
Monitor latest innovations in Data and Analytics space to incorporate cutting-edge practices into our offerings.
Foster a culture of innovation and develop new data offerings aligned to market trends.
Leverage data insights to help clients formulate data-driven business strategies.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong business acumen with ability to translate data insights into business impact.
