Job Summary

Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML architecture for enterprise applications.Define AI strategy, roadmap, and solution frameworks aligned with business goals.Lead the development of machine learning models, deep learning models, and AI pipelines.Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.Architect scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks (MLOps).Ensure integration of AI models with existing applications and systems.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership in AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.Strong expertise in:
  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts
  • Python, R, or similar programming languages
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AIExperience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)Strong understanding of data engineering, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)Experience with API integration and microservices architecture

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
