Job Summary

  • Data Engineer / developer with 10+ years of experience
  • HEDIS experience a must
  • Should have strong domain understanding of US Healthcare domain like member, claims, pharmacy, EHR, provider etc.
  • Strong hands on expertise in Databricks and SQL skill is a must
  • Must be able to analyze the requirements, generate reports with proficiency using Dataricks /SQL
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain sql queries and scripts for report generation
  • Ability to trouble shoot data discrepancy in-depth, analyze and fix the same (Not only from technical standpoint but from domain side in-depth)
  • Strong communication and customer interfacing skills
  • Must Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements & provide technical expertise as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
