Job Summary : Profile: 1. Receive and manage Level 2 support tickets related to retail systems and electronic invoicing platforms. 2. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues reported by stores, escalating cases to the appropriate local, regional, or global teams when required. 3. Participate in system configuration and testing for new store openings and special events, ensuring all systems are fully operational prior to launch. 4. Collaborate with infrastructure, retail, and operations teams to resolve incidents and implement service improvements. 5. Document processes and manage tickets, ensuring full traceability and proper case tracking. 6. Actively participate in IT projects supporting the Retail business area.

Job Responsibilities : Profile: 1. Receive and manage Level 2 support tickets related to retail systems and electronic invoicing platforms. 2. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues reported by stores, escalating cases to the appropriate local, regional, or global teams when required. 3. Participate in system configuration and testing for new store openings and special events, ensuring all systems are fully operational prior to launch. 4. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Advanced student or graduate in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Digital Business, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in support and functional analysis, preferably within retail environments or multinational companies. 3. Knowledge of the electronic invoicing process in Argentina, including AFIP regulations, points of sale, and tax documents. (Mandatory) 4. Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to escalate incidents in writing to teams in India and participate in technical calls. (Mandatory) 5. Proactive, curious, and self-driven profile, with the ability to work independently in an environment involving multiple teams and time zones. 6. Knowledge of database querying using SQL. 7. Knowledge of SAP SD Billing processes. (Preferred) 8. Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems or Microsoft Dynamics LS Central. (Preferred) 9. Experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) to optimize daily tasks and improve productivity. (Preferred) 10. Availability for occasional on-call support during brand events (approximately three times per year), with prior notice. 11. On-site position, with occasional visits required to company stores or pop-up stores. • Bilingual: Spanish (Native), English (+70%)
