Job Summary

Key Function: To support execution of Organizational Change Management strategies that empower end users to understand, accept, and successfully transition to new processes, roles, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Key Objectives:

§ To support business transformation for clients through Change Management activities and deliverables focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating benefits realization § To engage with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations to ensure that the business is prepared to accept and adopt new and modified technology, processes, and organizational structures § To execute on comprehensive business change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes.

Skill Requirements

Knowledge/Experience Required (Essential/Desirable):

§ Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review § Ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables § Experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state § Proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful SAP implementations § Outstanding consulting and analytical skills § A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience § The ability to work at all levels within organizations § Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience § SAP experience strongly desired

Delivery Excellence:

§ Able to manage, drive, and lead a team of 2-5 consultants to complete deliverables within a

program of work

§ Can manage the expectations of client team members and their managers within the

business, to ensure acceptance of solutions delivered

§ Can develop and deliver plans for a sub-phase within a delivery program.

§ Identifies and escalates issues and risks within area of responsibility directly to the

engagement management team and takes responsibility for resolution

§ Builds relationships with client leads based on mutual respect and commitment

§ Identifies issues and risks within their area of responsibility and takes responsibility for their

resolution

§ Able to give and receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team

positively and constructively

§ Can deliver within a broad area of responsibility on an assignment

Client Development:

§ Is capable of supporting a sales visit with a new prospect in area of technical competence

§ Able to write a simple proposal or contribute to sections of a more complex proposal

§ Fully aware of HCL’s commercial accountability on engagements and contributes towards

delivery of them

§ Able to identify opportunities for add-on business within client engagements and convincingly

articulate HCL capabilities and offerings to clients

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
