Business Analyst - Business Process Modelling

Job Summary

The Business Analyst specialized in Business Process Modelling will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing strategies for enhancing efficiency and productivity within the organization. The primary focus will be on creating process models, conducting gap analysis, and facilitating process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze current business processes and workflows.
2. Identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement within processes.
3. Develop process models and diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for process improvement.
5. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process optimization initiatives.
6. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where processes can be streamlined or automated.
7. Work closely with it teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
8. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.
9. Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in business process modelling tools such as microsoft visio, lucidchart, or aris.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate processes and workflows.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as six sigma or lean.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting process models and requirements.
8. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.

Other Requirements

1.Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.
Maximum Salary (US):  102,000
Minimum Salary (US):  69,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
