Job Summary

Oversees business operations and governance frameworks across functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving operational consistency. Guides teams in optimising processes, enabling performance visibility, and supporting transformation initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1.Oversee business operations and PMO governance across functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and performance goals.
2. Establish and guide governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to enable visibility and control.
3. Provide direction on project and portfolio tracking, ensuring risks, dependencies, and issues are effectively managed.
4. Work closely with leadership teams to support planning, prioritisation, and execution of key initiatives.
5. Drive process optimisation and standardisation efforts to enhance operational efficiency at scale.
6. Enable data-driven decision-making by strengthening reporting capabilities and operational insights.
7. Support transformation initiatives by aligning operational processes with evolving business needs.
8. Build strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective execution across teams.
