Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong IT expertise and French language skills to support large-scale merger, acquisition, or business transformation initiatives. The role involves aligning business processes, systems, and data across organizations and translating requirements into effective IT solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)Support merger/integration initiatives including process harmonization, system consolidation, and data migrationAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams Analyze current vs target state (As-Is / To-Be) for integration programsWork closely with IT teams on system integration, APIs, and data alignmentSupport Agile delivery (backlog management, sprint ceremonies)Facilitate stakeholder workshops in French and English, especially across global teamsIdentify risks and dependencies in merger programs and support mitigation planningSupport testing, UAT, and go-live activities during integration phasesRequired Skills & Qualifications5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environmentsHands-on experience in merger, acquisition, or large transformation programsStrong understanding of IT systems, integrations, and data flowsExperience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)Expertise in requirements engineering and documentationStrong stakeholder management across multiple business unitsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsLanguage RequirementFluent in French (mandatory)Strong English communicationGood to HaveExperience in system/data migration & integration projectsKnowledge of process modeling (BPMN, Visio)Exposure to ERP/CRM transformation programsDomain exposure (automotive / finance / manufacturing)EducationBachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or Engineering
Key Responsibilities
2. Collect and analyse data to identify trends, highlight gaps, and support informed decision-making.
3. Assist in project tracking by updating plans, monitoring milestones, and flagging potential risks or delays.
4. Work with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely updates to dashboards and status reports.
5. Support documentation of processes, templates, and standard operating procedures for operational consistency.
6. Contribute to improving reporting accuracy and efficiency through structured data management.
7. Participate in governance reviews and support preparation of presentations and review materials.
8. Assist in coordinating activities across teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
