Job Summary
The Business Specialist at HCL is responsible for data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology within the organization. The role involves analyzing data, identifying business needs, and executing projects using Agile methodologies to drive strategic initiatives forward. Should have Auto domain knowledge for USAA Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct data analysis to gather insights and make data driven recommendations for business improvement.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within designated timelines.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and effectively communicate project progress.
5. Support in the implementation of business strategies by providing analytical support and contributing to decision-making processes.
6. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis and business acumen.
