Job Summary

To efficiently drive business workshops , review functional specification document and solutions implementation as defined by client through effective team management

Key Responsibilities

1. To drive business workshops and gather business requirements
2. To review functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
3. To conduct the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements and suggest design solutions
4. To review test cases and ensure that it is in line with functional requirements
5. To lead a team of business analysts

Skill Requirements

Technical Business Analyst
HBO (Bachelor-level) education plus 3–5 years of experience and/or knowledge of business processes within the own operating company/department. 
Elements from this role:
Project expertise is required in the areas of business, information, and process analysis. The consultant will be assigned to projects together with functional business analysts and will become part of the IT Change team. 
Domains
•    ERP (Dynamics AX) 
•    Potentially development skills within AX
•    Logistic systems

Activities
•    Analyze and document data flows and data models within the current application landscape.
•    Map and document business processes.
•    Translate data flows into detailed interface specifications between applications.
•    Provide advice on future-state (to-be) processes, data flows, and applications.
•    Validate developments (QA)
Required Skills and Experience
•    Experience in business, information, and process analysis within a legacy environment.
•    Proactive mindset: actively seeks information, engages with subject matter experts, and demonstrates perseverance.
•    Ability to work effectively under project pressure.
A little more technical skilled person with focus on QA might be a faster way to get this person up to speed while relieving the existing Business Analysts from the technical (SQL scripts) and QA parts of their role.
