Job Summary
Conduct assessment of replacing PeopleSoft Global Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Analyze current payroll processes, business requirements, and operational challenges.
Evaluate SAP ECP capabilities against existing payroll functionality.
Identify functional gaps and recommend best-fit payroll solutions.
Review payroll compliance, statutory, and reporting requirements.
Support future-state payroll process design and transformation strategy.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders throughout the assessment.
Provide recommendations for implementation approach, risks, and dependencies.
Contribute to migration readiness and change impact analysis.
Produce assessment findings and executive-level recommendations
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current PeopleSoft Global Payroll processes and configurations.
- Gather and document payroll business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between PeopleSoft Payroll and SAP ECP.
- Evaluate payroll rules, earnings, deductions, and statutory requirements.
- Review integration touchpoints with HR and downstream systems.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Support payroll data, reporting, and compliance assessment activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions.
- Develop functional recommendations and roadmap deliverables.
Present findings, risks, and solution options to leadership
Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Deep understanding of global payroll processes and best practices.
- Experience with payroll transformation and migration assessments.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
- Expertise in payroll schemas, wage types, and payroll configuration concepts.
- Experience conducting fit-gap and business process assessments.
- Understanding of statutory and compliance requirements across payroll functions.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities.
Other Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification is preferred
