Job Summary
Functional Business Analyst with partial Project Management responsibilities to support the dbTax Global implementation under NAR-ID 98515-1 as part of the DBTAX team. 1. The resource will be responsible for requirements analysis, business change assessment, solution conceptualization, impact and risk evaluation, and stakeholder coordination across the Tax Ops and Tax Tech teams. 2.The role requires strong communication skills, domain and functional expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality while supporting delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle. 3.Key Deliverables include Alteryx workflow assessment and future migration CARF reporting & Swaps reporting.

• Requirements gathering and documentation for surveillance, onboarding, and data governance initiatives.
• Business process analysis and gap assessments.
• Creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Creation of SQL based ETL artifacts to be integrated into data processing pipelines
• Documentation supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews.
• Traceability of business requirements through implementation and production deployments
• Tableau based MI reports for Data Controls
