Job Summary
As part of dbSleuth Technology team, the Business Functional Analyst will work within the dbSleuth Surveillance team to support the delivery of strategic data governance and onboarding initiatives for surveillance use cases. The role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, surveillance SMEs, and the source technology teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable data requirements, mapping of source feed to dbSleuth data assets and, ensuring compliance to set data controls and governance requirements. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, SQL, and documentation skills are essential to facilitate successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Requirements gathering and documentation for surveillance, onboarding, and data governance initiatives.
• Business process analysis and gap assessments.
• Creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Creation of SQL based ETL artifacts to be integrated into data processing pipelines
• Documentation supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews.
• Traceability of business requirements through implementation and production deployments
• Tableau based MI reports for Data Controls
