Job Summary

Process Intelligence Data Analyst

Accounts Payable | Order Management | Procurement

Position Summary

We are seeking a Process Intelligence Data Analyst to drive business transformation through process mining, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role leverages Celonis Process Intelligence, ERP data, and business insights to identify inefficiencies, improve process performance, and deliver measurable value across Accounts Payable, Order Management, and Procurement.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business process expertise, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Celonis to analyze end-to-end business processes, identify bottlenecks, process deviations, and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Celonis data models, KPIs, dashboards, and operational applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve process performance.
  • Partner with AP, Procurement, and Order Management teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including invoice processing, supplier performance, payment optimization, order fulfillment, and revenue realization.
  • Leverage Celonis Action Flows, Process Intelligence Graph, and AI capabilities to improve decision-making and workflow automation.
  • Work with ERP and enterprise data sources including SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and cloud analytics platforms to deliver scalable process intelligence solutions.
  • Quantify business impact and recommend solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in process analytics, business intelligence, process mining, or operational excellence.
  • Experience supporting Accounts Payable, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Finance processes.
  • Strong SQL, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Celonis Process Intelligence and Process Mining.
  • Experience building Celonis dashboards, KPIs, data models, and Action Flows.
  • Knowledge of Process Intelligence Graph, AI-driven analytics, and process automation.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and Agile project experience.
