Job Summary

  • Infor LN Manufacturing Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Infor LN ERP, including CloudSuite implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) support engagements.
  • The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end manufacturing solutions across Infor LN Manufacturing, Planning, Shop Floor Control, BOM, Routing, Quality Management, and Production Execution processes.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong techno-functional expertise, experience in global manufacturing environments, and hands-on exposure to Infor LN CloudSuite, Infor OS, and Infor ION integrations.
  • The role requires active participation in implementation projects, business process transformation initiatives, and post-production support activities

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Implementation Responsibilities

  • Lead business requirement gathering workshops with manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend industry best practices using Infor LN Manufacturing.
  • Design and configure:
    • Manufacturing
    • Production Planning
    • Shop Floor Control
    • BOM Management
    • Routing Management
    • Work Centers
    • Costing
    • Repetitive Manufacturing
    • Kanban
    • Engineering Change Management
    • Quality Management
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional design documentation.
  • Configure and validate standard Infor LN Manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and Production Deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for:
    • Infor ION integrations
    • IDM document management
    • Workflow implementations
    • MES integrations
    • Third-party interface development
  • Support data migration activities including:
    • Data mapping
    • Data cleansing
    • Data validation
    • Data reconciliation
  • Prepare business process documentation and training materials.
  • Support go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Drive adoption of CloudSuite standard functionality and minimize customizations. 

 

AMS Support Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Manufacturing-related incidents and service requests.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
  • Support enhancement requests and change management activities.
  • Conduct impact analysis for business and system changes.
  • Monitor interfaces and integration jobs.
  • Coordinate with business users and technical teams during issue resolution.
  • Participate in release management and deployment activities.
  • Develop knowledge repositories and support documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce ticket volumes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support monthly service reviews and AMS governance meetings.

Other Requirements

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of ERP consulting experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of Infor LN Manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle Infor LN Cloud or On-Premise implementation projects.
  • Experience in at least one CloudSuite Industrial Manufacturing implementation.
  • Experience in AMS support engagements for manufacturing clients.
  • Experience managing customer workshops and stakeholder communication.
