Job Summary

To efficiently drive business workshops , review functional specification document and solutions implementation as defined by client through effective team management

Senior Business Analyst – E2.2 (Onsite Band 2.2)

Lead requirement gathering sessions with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
Analyze current Agile e6 processes and define To‑Be processes for Windchill PLM.
Document BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Perform detailed gap analysis between legacy Agile e6 and Windchill functionalities.
Support data migration by validating attributes, structures, workflows, and business rules.
Drive UAT planning, test script creation, execution support, and defect triage.
Ensure business readiness, change impact assessment, and training coordination.
Partner with architects and migration teams to align solution design with business needs.
Act as primary business liaison across multi‑functional stakeholders.
Ensure successful business sign‑off and adoption for the PLM replacement program.

Key Responsibilities

1. To drive business workshops and gather business requirements
2. To review functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
3. To conduct the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements and suggest design solutions
4. To review test cases and ensure that it is in line with functional requirements
5. To lead a team of business analysts

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
