C++ Senior Developer

Job Summary

Summary: We are seeking highly skilled Systems Software Engineers with deep expertise in high-performance C++

and distributed systems. You will focus on backend systems-level development, production monitoring, and

infrastructure automation to accelerate the deployment of high-scale compute and machine learning environments.

This role strictly focuses on backend infrastructure; it does not involve full-stack, product-level, or web frontend

development.

The engineering team must possess deep expertise in the client’s production infrastructure and high-performance

C++ frameworks.

1. High-Performance C++ and RPC Services Engineers must be proficient in building RPC servers using enterprise-

grade C++ service frameworks. They should be able to develop and maintain request handlers using asynchronous

execution patterns and standard dependency-injection practices.

2. Distributed Infrastructure and Workload Management

• Service Operations: Experience managing long-running RPC services, global load-balancing endpoints,

alerting, logging, and production reliability.

• Workload and Data Operations: Experience managing batch workloads and integrating services with

globally distributed databases.

3. Release and Capacity Automation The team must understand large-scale cluster topologies and capacity

scaling. Engineers should automate workflows that parse configuration files into structured service definitions,

generate capacity configurations, and manage deployment rollouts without manual intervention.

4. Systems Isolation and ML Serving Knowledge of isolating machine learning models, enforcing tenant and service

limits, applying server-side throttling, and configuring cross-region deployments to meet compliance and data-

residency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Familiarity with distributed SQL databases (e.g., CockroachDB, Cassandra).

• Experience with Machine Learning serving infrastructure and strict compliance/data residency boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
