Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Robust Solutions For Product And Project Delivery Using C++, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert In C++, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To The Development Team Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
3. Stay Updated With Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends, Integrating Them Into Solutions To Ensure Relevance And Quality In Delivery.
4. Cultivate A Skilled Team By Conducting Interviews, Leading Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Proficiency In C++.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications From Clients, Translating Them Into Effective Solutions By Leveraging In-Depth Understanding Of C++ And Relevant Technologies.
6. Drive Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Contributing To Collateral Creation, Whitepapers, And Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In C++ Development And Related Technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Level Proficiency In C++ Programming And Software Development Principles.
2. Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience With Kanban And Scrum Frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
