Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies. This position involves collaborating with project stakeholders to define testing scopes, objectives, and deliverables, while also leading a team of QA engineers to optimize testing processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Understand Functional And Design Specifications, Identifying Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies, And Ensuring That Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Maintained And Updated Using C++ Tools And Frameworks.
2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices Within Agile/Scrum Processes To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Lifecycle.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Utilizing C++ And Relevant Testing Frameworks, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Exposure To Defects.
4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers On The Application Of Testing Frameworks And Tools, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In C++ Testing And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of C++ Programming Language And Its Application In Software Testing.
2. Solid Knowledge Of Agile/Scrum Methodologies And Experience In A Kanban Environment.
3. Proficient In Developing And Executing Automated Test Scripts And Testing Frameworks.
4. In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Testing Methodologies And Quality Assurance Practices.
