Job Summary

They manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other M365 applications while providing user support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and permissions through Azure AD/Entra ID.
Monitor service health, performance, and security compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
Implement and maintain security policies, conditional access, and data protection measures.
