Job Summary

A Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365 services to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration across the organization. The role involves managing core M365 workloads including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft Defender. The engineer troubleshoots complex technical issues, implements security and compliance controls, automates administrative tasks, and supports cloud transformation initiatives while ensuring optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments.Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive services.Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Identity Management.Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.Implement security, compliance, and data protection solutions.Monitor service health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
