Job Summary
* Good experience migrating mailboxes from Microsoft exchange and other proprietary products.
* O365, creating and managing user accounts, roles, delegation, backup and restore etc.,
* SharePoint Administration & Management
* Ticket logging and working with vendor teams for troubleshooting the issues.
* Migrating accounts from one tenant to another.
* Purchasing the accounts and managing various service levels.
* Managing and troubleshooting issues on Organizations SharePoint account.
* Working on the communication platforms like Skype for Business, Teams and yammer, etc.,
* Synchronize O365 with organizations Active Directory, MS AZURE AD Sync with organization.
* Creating mail relay for various applications used in the organization.
* Owning activities delivering them End to End.
Key Responsibilities
* Working with team and work independently on various issues. Representing Enterprise Architecture And Working Closely With Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Project Managers And Other Stakeholders, The Senior Solutions Architect Will The Senior Solutions Architect will be primarily responsible for contributing to the delivery of IT solutions targeting or interfacing with enterprise SharePoint / SharePoint Online platforms.
