Job Summary

The role involves assisting users, monitoring virtual infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience across virtual workplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Support and monitor Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
Troubleshoot virtual desktop, application, and user access issues.
Assist in provisioning and configuration of virtual machines and user profiles.
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA.
Support remote access technologies and endpoint virtualization solutions.
