Job Summary

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2000 server and desktop environments. Supports system operations, user management, network connectivity, software installation, security administration, and server performance to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Windows 2000 operating systems.
Monitor server health, performance, and system availability.
Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
Troubleshoot operating system, application, and network issues.
Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
