Job Summary

Snow ITOM (ServiceNow IT Operations Management) are responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to improve IT infrastructure visibility, service health monitoring, event management, cloud management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Cloud Management
Orchestration
Maintain and optimize CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and infrastructure tools.
Design and develop workflows, automation, and operational processes.
