Job Summary

A Voice Cisco Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions. The role involves managing IP telephony infrastructure, troubleshooting voice network issues, ensuring high availability of communication systems, and supporting voice-related technologies across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
Administer Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco UCCX, and voice gateways.
Implement and support IP Telephony, SIP, H.323, MGCP, and VoIP technologies.
Monitor and troubleshoot voice call quality, connectivity, and performance issues.
Manage Cisco phones, dial plans, call routing, and voicemail systems.
Support PSTN, ISDN, SIP trunks, and gateway integrations.
