Job Summary

PostgreSQL professionals are responsible for designing, administering, monitoring, and optimizing PostgreSQL database environments to ensure high performance, security, availability, and data integrity for business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL database servers.
Design and manage database schemas, tables, indexes, and stored procedures.
Monitor database performance and perform query optimization and tuning.
Implement backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
Manage user access, security policies, and database compliance requirements.
Troubleshoot database issues and provide production support.
