Job Summary

Backup and Storage professionals are responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise backup, recovery, and storage infrastructure to ensure data availability, integrity, security, and business continuity across IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
Manage storage systems, SAN, NAS, and cloud storage environments.
Perform data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery operations.
Monitor storage capacity, utilization, and performance.
Implement backup policies, retention schedules, and data protection strategies.
Troubleshoot backup failures, storage issues, and performance bottlenecks.
