Job Summary

Provide call and email support to employees/members for resolution of inactive PF accounts.Follow up with members to facilitate settlement or transfer of PF balances, with the objective of reducing the number of inactive accounts.Guide members regarding the necessary information and documentation required for PF settlement.Verify Form 19 (PF Final Settlement) claims and supporting details before further processing.Track pending cases and follow up with members for closure.Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, claim status, and resolved cases.Coordinate with the concerned internal teams for resolution of PF account and settlement-related queries.
