Job Summary
Installation, configuration and upgrading Windows OS versions on Laptops & Desktops via SOE/Auto-pilot process.
• Active Directory User Management and user permissions/rights.
• MS Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting add / remove Email Accounts and Calendar access and O365 issues troubleshooting knowledge.
• MS Teams configuration and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Meeting/Confrence Rooms setup and daily checks knowlegde and disk - re-imaging, troubleshooting of connectivity and setup.
• Switch and Router touch servicecs knowledge H&F support Basic knowldge to provide remote support to offshore teams.
• Working experience on ServiceNow IT tService Management Ticketing tool and knowledge of Service Process - IM/CM/PM /SR.Installed and configured computer software/network equipment such as desktops, laptops, Mobility- iPhones.Local and network printers and scanners.Diagnosed and troubleshot Windows processing problems and applied solutions to increase work efficiency.Provided onsite IT support to customers including software/hardware configuration, network storage management, installing regular updates, email support (Outlook/Office 365) and individual user support for requests through SNOW and walking on ITDesk.Mobility management through MDM Microsoft intune.Strong knowledge of Asset Inventory management and reporting and asset management.Laptop Desktop reimaging and dispatch to users on thier sites.Manage and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune management.Re-image HP, Dell and Microsoft Surface devices using MS Endpoint Configuration Manager.Non-technical Skills:
