Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, and COEs to expand growth channels and enhance market penetration.
3. Ideate and Stratigies process transformation initiatives by defining account-level growth plans, ensuring audit readiness, and driving compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies, and ensure successful implementation of service capability enhancements.
5.Optimize resource management strategies across hiring, internal mobilization, compensation, and workforce composition to ensure efficiency and cost optimization
6. Define strategic workforce placement by aligning location and language capabilities with client and organizational requirements for scalable service delivery.
7. Ensure the unit remains future-ready through continuous skill evolution and availability of skilled-talent
8. Design and implement employee growth frameworks including performance scorecards, career trajectories.Partner with Delivery Heads to identify critical talent and develop succession plans. Create structured growth opportunities to retain and elevate high-potential employees within the Capability Unit.
9. Establish governance frameworks to monitor capability performance, track strategic initiatives, and ensure accountability across all functional areas. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report progress to leadership.
