Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Training Content Developer with hands-on experience in AI powered tools, Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 and a good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing engaging digital learning experiences and transforming complex concepts into interactive, learner-centric content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging eLearning courses using AI powered tools, Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Convert storyboards, presentations, and training materials into interactive digital learning modules.
  • Create quizzes, assessments, knowledge checks, simulations, and scenario-based learning activities.
  • Design and develop multimedia-rich learning content using audio, video, animations, graphics, and interactive elements.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop learning solutions.
  • Ensure courses adhere to instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Publish, package, and deploy courses in compliance with SCORM, AICC, and LMS requirements.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure functionality, usability, and content accuracy.
  • Update and maintain existing learning content based on business requirements and learner feedback.
  • Leverage AI-powered content development tools to improve productivity and learning effectiveness.
  • Support LMS-related activities, including course uploads, configuration, learner tracking, and reporting.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 Plus years of experience in eLearning content development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Good understanding of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience working with multimedia assets including audio, video, and graphic elements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Synthesia, Vyond, or similar content creation platforms is preferred.
