Title: Principal Digital Product Manager Job Code: Salary Grade: 25 Management Level: Individual Contributor Job Summary: Caterpillar is seeking a well-qualified Principal Digital Product Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of D365 SCM capabilities for Caterpillar Dealers, ensuring optimized planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and asset-centric supply chain operations. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is considered an added advantage. The role will drive the design and delivery of a scalable, integrated ERP solution that improves supply chain visibility, operational resilience, cost control, and dealer responsiveness, while enabling data-driven decision-making across Caterpillar’s global dealer network. Key Responsibilities

8.Drive capability-oriented resourcing and recruitment by working closely with recruitment and resourcing teams to calibrate skill sets, develop JDs, and manage approvals and onboarding.
9.Execute process transformation initiatives as per the requirement
10.Focus on successfully implementing repeatable solutions across projects within the sub-capability to ensure consistency and scalability.
11.Provide expertise in customer lifecycle activities, contributing to development and documentation efforts that enhance process absorption and delivery readiness.
