Job Summary
Sound knowledge of Technical Skills (Data/Infra/Apps) available in the Growing IT MarketStrong understanding of the cloud computing market and Google Cloud's competitive landscapeExperience in sales enablement, training, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs and workshops.Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance the skills and knowledge of internal sales teams, technical teams, and channel partners on Google Cloud products, solutions, and best practices.Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address specific requirements.Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement partner enablement programs, including joint sales and marketing initiatives, technical training, and certification programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including system integrators, distributors, and resellers.Support sales teams in developing and executing effective sales strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that may impact Google Cloud's business. Share market insights and best practices with internal and external stakeholders.Track and measure the effectiveness of capability development programs and partner enablement initiatives.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status of capability development activities and progress toward key objectives.Experience in creating & maintaining budget. Should be responsible for calculating Margins as per the sell rate.Should have Screening & Negotiation skills.Should have good Vendor & Delivery Management experiences.Having prior experience of working closely with Recruitment Teams to manage workforce(bulk-hiring)Having good understanding of public clouds like GCP/AWS/Azure.Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration among members with diverse skills, such as cloud architects, developers, and security experts.Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including their assignation & delimitations.Should have prior experience in conducting trainings & Hackathons. Should have been involved in various enablement & skill enhancement programs.Demonstrated experience in the preparation and updating of reports in MS Excel & Google Spreadsheet
