Job Summary

Lead strategic capability development and workforce transformation by aligning talent, training, and performance initiatives with organizational goals to build a future-ready, high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1.Design and implement structured training programs to build domain-specific upskilling, deskilling, and multi-skilling.
2.Drive capability development through career guidance and structured mentoring, pairing employees with experienced mentors to support growth and progression.
3.Implement the Growth framework to align individual career aspirations with organizational needs.
4.Build a future-ready talent pool by collaborating with L&D and Delivery teams to create targeted learning journeys and establish external certification partnerships.
5.Partner with Delivery teams to lead succession planning, internal mobility, and backfilling of critical roles.
6.Align internal movements with organizational mandates to optimize talent utilization across functions.
7.Collaborate with Reporting Managers on goal setting, quarterly/annual appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
8.Drive capability-oriented resourcing and recruitment by working closely with recruitment and resourcing teams to calibrate skill sets, develop JDs, and manage approvals and onboarding.
9.Execute process transformation initiatives as per the requirement
10.Focus on successfully implementing repeatable solutions across projects within the sub-capability to ensure consistency and scalability.
11.Provide expertise in customer lifecycle activities, contributing to development and documentation efforts that enhance process absorption and delivery readiness.
12.Develop and provide golden process maps and SIPOC documentation to standardize and drive effective solutioning across the sub-capability.

Skill Requirements

Job Title: Senior Solution Consultant – Kinaxis Maestro
Position Overview
As a Kinaxis Maestro Senior Solution Consultant, your primary focus will be leading end-to-end production support, application maintenance, and system troubleshooting for established Kinaxis Maestro implementations. Secondarily, you will drive continuous improvement by leading minor enhancements, configurations, and functional releases. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can rapidly resolve critical system issues while advising business users on process optimizations.

Core Responsibilities
Primary Duty: Production Support & System Maintenance
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex data, model, and analytic configuration issues in live environments.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot functional errors and apply rapid fixes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high platform availability.
• Data Integrity & Harmonization: Perform data readiness and quality assessments across ERP source systems to ensure successful data sync and maintain a robust Double Closed Loop integration.
• User Support & Adoption: Address ongoing business queries, create user manuals, and oversee targeted training activities to ensure business users run Maestro applications efficiently.
Secondary Duty: Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
• Solution Configuration: Design, build, and configure minor enhancements and system changes across modules like Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, MEIO, and S&OP.
• Requirements & Gap Analysis: Conduct discovery workshops and analyze business requests for system improvements to map new to-be processes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design configuration test scripts, lead unit testing, and execute end-to-end testing to ensure enhancements pass User Acceptance Testing (UAT) seamlessly.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture updates, and solution designs for all new platform modifications.

Experience & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience supporting and implementing Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse, including participation in 2 to 3 successful end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Required Certifications: Minimum Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification is a strict requirement. (Kinaxis Maestro Solution Consultant/Solution Architect in Supply Chain Planning preferred).

• Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of standard supply chain business processes, control settings, and standard data models (specifically Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, MEIO, and S&OP).
• Support Acumen: Strong understanding of application support frameworks, incident management, and technical documentation standards.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to lead client discussions, facilitate collaborative problem-solving workshops, and explain complex analytical fixes simply.
