Job Summary

To manage the IT operations for the assigned area in coordination with other IT teams (domain verticals) with an end objective of maximum up-time and meeting of SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

1. To Be The Custodian Of It Assets And Manage Them To Meet The Statutory Requirements
2. To Coordinate With Outsourced Vendors And Ensure Smooth Delivery Of Work
3. To Lead And Manage The It Team
4. To Participate In Audits And Work Towards Compliance To Ipr
5. To Participate In Rfps| Rfis And New It Infra Creations
6. To Provide Budget Inputs To The Function Head And Manage Costs Within The Assigned Area
7. To Review The Operations And Resolve Or Escalate The User Escalations To Other Domain Vertical Teams

We are looking for experienced SAP ABAP consultants who can design, develop, debug, and stabilize custom solutions across OTC, Finance, Billing, Banking, and Cash Application functions. The role requires strong hands‑on capability in ABAP development and excellent understanding of how custom logic interacts with SAP BRIM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP Receivables Management, SAP BCM/MBC, and Cash Application processes.

The consultant will be responsible for building robust custom code, debugging complex issues across integrated modules, supporting production, and ensuring high‑performance, scalable solutions for large‑volume financial processes.
