Job Summary

To drive the portfolio of projects/program for an identified client through optimum mix of resource within the given cost and margin and provide customer satisfaction that complies with the quality and delivery parameters responsible for end-to-end ownership of large, complex programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. This role involves leading multi-stream programs, global teams, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder governance, while driving strategic value realization and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Own and manage end-to-end program lifecycle (initiation → execution → delivery → stabilization). Lead multiple projects/workstreams within a program, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics. Drive program-level governance, reporting, and escalation management. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Hybrid delivery models, and enterprise standards. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary escalation point for business stakeholders, leadership, and clients. Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and client leadership. Drive alignment between business, technology, and operations teams. Present program status, risks, and progress updates to executive leadership. Financial & Commercial Management Own program P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
