Job Summary

To drive the portfolio of projects/program for an identified client through optimum mix of resource within the given cost and margin and provide customer satisfaction that complies with the quality and delivery parameters 

Role Summary

Strategic AI Partner with proven strong program management skills to shape AI strategy, identify high-value business opportunities, and drive enterprise AI initiatives from concept to execution. This role blends strategic advisory, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery governance to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals, scalable in execution, and measurable in impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape AI opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Define AI roadmaps, business cases, and adoption plans to drive enterprise value.
  • Lead cross-functional AI programs across business, data, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on AI solution approaches, governance, risk, and responsible AI practices.
  • Track execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization across AI initiatives.
  • Face for customer and account and represent account in executive calls .

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, enterprise use cases, and solution delivery models.
  • Ability to translate business needs into AI strategies, roadmaps, and practical implementation approaches.
  • Experience working with AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, data teams, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise AI program delivery.
  • Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and execution tracking.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, leading strategic transformation programs, and driving AI adoption across enterprise functions.

1. To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of time| cost and quality are met
2. To support business development activities to source further business from the existing client
3. To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability
4. To guide, manage, develop and engage the team
5. To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
