Job Summary

This role is accountable for leading end-to-end client delivery across digital business and engineering portfolios, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The individual drives transformation initiatives, oversees large-scale program execution, and cultivates strong client partnerships to deliver sustained business outcomes. They represent the organization’s delivery capability to senior client stakeholders and enable growth through innovation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive enterprise-wide delivery strategy by orchestrating cross-domain teams, leveraging advanced program management methodologies and digital engineering frameworks to achieve client business objectives.
2. Oversee transformational program execution using scalable delivery platforms and tools, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with agreed service-level agreements.
3. Lead client engagement and relationship management through executive-level communications, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving, utilizing digital business analytics and reporting tools.
4. Champion process excellence and innovation by adopting cutting-edge digital technologies, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across program portfolios.
5. Ensure robust governance and risk management by implementing enterprise standards, regulatory compliance, and proactive escalation mechanisms for complex delivery challenges.
6. Enable organizational growth by mentoring senior delivery leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, and aligning talent development with evolving business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
