Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting client delivery. It focuses on maintaining strong client partnerships, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and aligning outcomes with business objectives, while contributing to key transformation and risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1.Support client delivery programs using digital engineering approaches and enterprise platforms, aligning delivery with client needs and organisational standards.
2. Contribute to operational governance by applying delivery frameworks and tracking performance metrics using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SAP.
3. Support risk management efforts by applying analytics and established practices to help identify and address delivery risks across business and engineering areas.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and support programme delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Contribute to transformation initiatives , leveraging cloud, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance delivery outcomes.
6. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and solution improvement .
7. Support adherence to contractual obligations and industry standards, applying frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, and Agile to ensure consistent delivery

This role is part of the Finance Leadership team and will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing key strategic decisions and driving long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Financial Leadership: Lead and direct end-to-end financial planning including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans across business units and geographies. Ensure alignment between financial strategy and organizational goals Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to CXOs and business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to support growth strategies, investments, and transformation programs. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Performance Management & Insights: Oversee enterprise performance tracking for revenue, cost, margin, and profitability. Drive advanced analytics, variance analysis, and predictive insights to identify opportunities and risks. Digital Transformation & Advanced Analytics: Lead adoption of advanced FP&A tools including AI/ML, predictive analytics, and automation platforms. Drive transformation initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision support capabilities. Process Standardization & Optimization: Design and implement standardized FP&A processes across global operations. Drive simplification, automation, and efficiency in planning and reporting.   Leadership & Organization Development: Lead and mentor large multi-layered FP&A teams including managers and senior leaders. Drive talent strategy, capability building, and succession planning. Foster a high-performance, insight-driven finance organization. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with global stakeholders, board members, and external partners. Lead executive presentations including board reviews and investor discussions (if applicable). Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance across planning processes. Support audit and regulatory requirements. Strategic Impact & Value Creation: Drive enterprise-level initiatives focused on profitability improvement, cost transformation, and capital allocation.
