Job Summary

To be responsible for owning and expanding the end-to-end relationship with a large/strategic global client. The role serves as the single point of accountability for client success, driving multi-country revenue growth, delivery excellence and long-term strategic alignment between client global business priorities and our services portfolios.Client Director – CP with an account size of 20-50M$

Key Responsibilities

1.Own the overall client relationship across all geographies, service lines and business units
2.Act as the strategic advisor to the clients CIO/CTO/CFO/Business Heads
3.Build and sustain HCL’s position as a preferred global partner
4.Drive global revenue expansion by identifying opportunities across regions, industry and service offering
5.Anticipate client’s evolving needs and proactively introduce innovation, digital transformation and new models
6.Chair global governance boards to track performance, transform outcomes and innovation initiatives
7.Represent the company in client forums and industry events
8.Provide thought leadership to the client on emerging technologies and industry trends
9.Lead a global account team including Account managers, Client Directors and Support functions

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
