Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Allocate and manage resources (human, financial, technical) effectively.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress using tools and methodologies.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

Mandate:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager with a proven track record of leading IT infra and Data Center Migration projects
  • MS Project expertise
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
  • PMP or Prince2 certification

Preferred:

  • Pharma/Healthcare domain experience
  • Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization
  • Strong outcome-driven mind-set
  • Ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams

 

Other Requirements
